The Simple Woman’s Daybook for March 5, 2018

For Today

Looking out my window…dark and chilly – might snow again this week.
I am thinking…about what needs to be done…
I am thankful…for Eirerobics on days I don’t get out for a walk.
One of my favorite things…sunny days – hope we get more soon!
I am creating…to-do lists
I am wearing…floral tee, grey skirt.
I read…84, Charing Cross Road by Helene Hanff, and hope to start The Duchess of Bloomsbury Street soon.
I am hoping…spring comes soon.
I am learning…about the Civil War, Teddy Roosevelt, and Medieval English literature!
In my kitchen…salmon burgers and salad for supper.
In the school room…we learned about the Dorian mode today – always nice to start the week with a little Debussy. ♥
In my garden…hopefully some green soon…

  1. Hello Anna,

What a blessing to have visited here today. A new driver in the house…oh it will be fun to send her on errands to pick up things at the store while you stay home and continue in the things you are doing!

And your young fella with new glasses is looking mighty handsome! He looks pretty happy about them!

Your little guy blowing the balloon is precious!
