On the way home from our vacation in Canada, we listened to Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone. I wasn’t too fond of it when I read it to Miss A several years ago (and there are still things I don’t like), but Jim Dale’s narration was wonderful, and several passages stood out to me as worthy of remembering. The following quote is a good one for a daydreamer and idealist like me to remember. Although there is a time and place for contemplation and making plans, I need to balance it with actually living out those ideas and plans. 😉 And it’s also a good reminder this week as I try to get out of vacation mode and prepare for VBS next week!
